Rooted & Rising: A Soulful Day of Nature, History, and Healing

This past weekend, something beautiful happened on the trails of Sugarloaf Mountain. We gathered—mothers, sisters, seekers, and friends—for a grounding journey that honored not just our bodies, but our stories, our ancestors, and our shared longing to reconnect with what truly matters.

From the moment we met under the canopy of trees, there was a sense of sacred intention. Our Root to Rise Retreat wasn’t just a hike—it was a living, breathing ritual. Through guided journaling, breathwork, ancestral meditation, and gentle yoga, we tapped into the wisdom of the land and the strength within ourselves.

We ended our afternoon with joy and rest at Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard. The hospitality, the views, the sense of arrival—it all reminded us that healing doesn’t have to be hard. Sometimes it looks like laughter, clinking glasses, and being held in community.

To every single person who showed up, supported, or sent a kind message: thank you. You are the reason this work has heart. Your presence affirmed the vision behind Thrive Frameworks—to lead with soul, center community, and create space for collective renewal.

This was just the beginning.

If you missed this retreat, I hope you’ll join me next time. Keep an eye out for future offerings that blend mindfulness, movement, and meaning. You’re always welcome here.
