About Thrive Frameworks
Cynthia Pyle Manley is the Founder of Thrive Frameworks, a holistic wellness studio integrating somatic healing, yoga, meditation, reiki, and sound therapy to support nervous system regulation and whole-person wellbeing. Her work sits at a powerful and necessary intersection where the science of the body meets the structure of the workplace, and where healing becomes a framework for human performance.
With over fifteen years of federal government experience in human resources, labor relations, workforce strategy, and learning and development, Cynthia brings a rare combination of organizational systems expertise and embodied wisdom to the conversation on neurodivergent inclusion. She understands from both a policy and a nervous system perspective what it actually costs a human being to mask, perform, and adapt to environments that were not designed for how their brain works.
As a Training and Development Strategist at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Cynthia designed enterprise-wide learning experiences grounded in applied neuroscience, adult learning theory, and brain-based design. At the Office of Personnel Management, she led workforce innovation initiatives using human-centered design, co-creation, and systems thinking — developing frameworks that centered the lived experience of the people they were meant to serve.
At Thrive Frameworks, Cynthia has created what she describes as the space between therapy and traditional wellness. A somatic container where people can process, regulate, and reconnect with their bodies. Her studio serves as a living laboratory for the very principles she brings to her professional work: that safety is the prerequisite for performance, that the nervous system is not separate from the workday, and that true inclusion means creating conditions where every kind of mind and body can actually thrive, not just survive.
